Alignova Refund Policy

Alignova stands behind every product sold through alignovastore.com. This policy explains the conditions under which Alignova accepts returns, issues refunds, processes exchanges, and resolves order issues.
1. 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Eligible Alignova products may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date for a refund of the product purchase price. The 30-day window is measured from the date the carrier records delivery to the address on the order. Returns initiated after the window has closed will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility requirements
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned in original or substantially original condition, with all packaging, tags, and included accessories.
- Free of damage, soiling, alteration, odor, pet hair, or signs of extended use beyond reasonable evaluation.
- Purchased directly from alignovastore.com. Products purchased through third-party resellers or marketplaces are not covered by this policy and must be returned to the original seller.
- Accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Alignova customer support.
3. Non-returnable items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return: gift cards, items marked "final sale" at the time of purchase, items damaged through misuse or improper care, and any product returned without an RMA.
4. How to initiate a return
Returns are processed by email-first authorization. To begin:
- Email support@alignovastore.com within thirty (30) days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Alignova will reply within two (2) business days with your RMA number and the appropriate return shipping address. The return destination varies by item and fulfillment location; for this reason, Alignova does not publish a single returns address.
- Pack the item securely. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided in the RMA email. Alignova recommends using a tracked, insured service; Alignova is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an Alignova error (incorrect item shipped, item arrived damaged, item materially differs from the listing) or unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law. Where Alignova is responsible, Alignova will issue a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
6. Refund processing
Once Alignova receives and inspects your return, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Posting times to your account depend on your bank or card issuer and are outside Alignova's control. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return results from an Alignova error or where required by law.
7. Exchanges
Alignova does not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item — for example, a different size or color — return the original item for a refund following the steps above, then place a new order at your convenience. This approach ensures that the replacement item is reserved from current inventory and shipped without dependency on the return clearing inspection.
8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@alignovastore.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. Alignova will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no cost to you.
9. Bundle and promotional returns
When a bundle or promotion (for example, a "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer) is partially returned, the refund will be recalculated as if the bundle had been purchased with the actual retained quantity. If the retained quantity no longer meets the promotional threshold, the discount will be reversed and the refund adjusted accordingly.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled, free of charge, prior to fulfillment. Once an order has been processed by the warehouse, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return procedure above after delivery.
11. Late or missing refunds
If your refund has been confirmed by Alignova but has not appeared in your account after ten (10) business days, please first check with your bank or card issuer. If the refund still cannot be located, contact support@alignovastore.com with your order number and refund confirmation.
12. Statutory rights
This policy is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
