What is the Alignova posture corrector designed to do?

It is intended to reinforce postural awareness during daily activity, not to immobilize the spine.

How long should I wear the Alignova corrector each day?

Alignova recommends a graduated introduction. Begin with 20 to 30 minutes per day for the first week to allow the musculature time to adapt. Progress in 15-minute increments per week, up to a maximum of three (3) to four (4) hours per day. Continuous use beyond this range is not recommended; muscles must do their own work in order to develop. Always remove the garment during vigorous exercise, while sleeping, and if you experience discomfort.

Can I wear the Alignova corrector under clothing?

Yes. The Alignova corrector is constructed for discreet integration. The neoprene-mesh composite is approximately 6 mm thick at its widest point and is designed to be invisible under most blouses, button-downs, and outerwear. Lightweight or fitted garments may show contour; consider sizing up your outerwear by one size or selecting a textured fabric.

Is the Alignova corrector suitable for men and women?

Yes. The Alignova corrector is constructed on a unisex pattern with adjustable straps. The chest-circumference fit range spans 28 inches (71 cm) to 50 inches (127 cm), accommodating the majority of adult body types. Refer to the Alignova size guide for exact measurements.

Will Alignova help with back pain?

Alignova products are wellness aids and are not approved as medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including back pain. Some users report subjective improvement in posture-related muscle tension with consistent use; this should not be interpreted as a medical claim. If you are experiencing persistent or severe back pain, consult a licensed clinician before purchasing any posture-related product.

Can I wear Alignova during pregnancy?

Pregnancy is a contraindication for which Alignova does not have specific clinical guidance. Do not use the Alignova corrector during pregnancy without first consulting your obstetrician or midwife.

How do I clean the Alignova corrector?

Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Air dry flat — do not tumble dry, iron, bleach, or dry clean. Repeated exposure to heat will degrade the neoprene and shorten product life.

Orders and payment

What payment methods does Alignova accept?

Alignova accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS compliant providers.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, provided the order has not yet been picked by the warehouse. Email support@alignovastore.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked, it cannot be modified and must be returned after delivery if no longer wanted.

Are Alignova bundle discounts real?

Yes. When you select a multi-unit bundle (e.g., Buy 2 — Save 20%, or Buy 2 Get 1 Free), the discount is applied automatically at checkout by an Alignova-configured rule and is reflected in the order total. The bundle page displays the same total you will pay at checkout.

Shipping and delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the United States arrives in three (3) to seven (7) business days after dispatch. Expedited and express options are available at checkout. Does Alignova offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders of USD 49 or more.

Will I be charged duties on an international order?

Possibly. Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Alignova does not collect these charges at checkout.

Returns and warranty

What is the Alignova return window?

Thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, for unused or substantially original-condition items. Begin a return by emailing support@alignovastore.com. Full conditions are in the Alignova Refund Policy.

Does Alignova offer exchanges?

Alignova does not process direct exchanges. The recommended workflow is to return the original item for refund and place a new order for the replacement, which keeps fulfillment fast and decouples the two transactions.

Account and privacy

Do I need an account to order from Alignova?

No. Alignova supports guest checkout. Creating an account provides faster repeat checkout, saved addresses, and order history, but is not required.

How does Alignova handle my data?
